Arrival Inspection
All shipments from production partners are physically inspected on arrival at our facility in the Netherlands.
Material Testing
All precious metals and gemstones are verified for authenticity and purity by our QC team against the product specification on record.
Waarborg Holland Hallmarking
All jewellery bound for the EU markets are sent to Waarborg Holland for official hallmarking which is a legal requirement for sales in the EU.
Quality Control Status
The status of the quality control process is systematically communicated to our production and retail partners.
Photography & Listing
Approved products are photographed to our visual standards and published to the partner catalogues and the webshop.
