Every precious-metal item is hallmarked by Waarborg Holland before delivery, and the certificate travels with the shipment.

Structured data packages per product: material composition, gemstone specifications, HS code, provenance declaration, imagery and certification references.
Provenance Documentation
Every product carries a traceable provenance dossier: which atelier produced it, which materials were used, and the conflict-minerals declaration for all gold content.

Every verified data package is built to travel. Today it arrives with your delivery: hallmark reference, provenance, certification and imagery, structured for your ERP. The Retail Partner Portal will extend this into a direct data channel, delivering the same verified product data into your own online shop through a feed or an API. One source of truth, from our rail to your floor.

Our Selection Procedure
We work with a small number of retail partners. Selection runs both ways: we assess your customer profile, assortment positioning and how you present quality; you assess whether our collection fits your floor. We are building our first retail network now, ahead of the Partner Portal launch. Partners who join in this phase see new collections before publication and help shape the product data package they receive.

Receive credentials for the Retail Partner Portal and place your first order directly from the catalogue, with the full documentation attached. Orders are paid through the platform before they are released for fulfilment.
