Pascal Wels' career is defined by connecting systems and people. With a background in the banking sector, he led complex transformations, such as the transition from client-based software to modern internet banking and the integration of back-office systems with CRM infrastructures. Following this period, as a sales professional for fiber optic solutions, he gained deep knowledge of B2B market access and commercial connectivity.

Driven by his Indonesian roots, Pascal has always held a deep admiration for the design and refined culture of the archipelago. Seeing how the local market limited the growth of talented goldsmiths and gemstone specialists, he recognized this as a systemic problem he could solve.

Indonesia is our starting point, but our ambition reaches further. The infrastructure we are building now is scalable and replicable. Our vision is to become a universal gateway for craftsmanship from all over Asia.
Our current focus is on Indonesia, specifically supporting goldsmiths from Bali, Java, and Sulawesi. Following this, we plan to expand into India and China to incorporate Jaipur gemstone cutting and traditional Chinese metal art, followed by Thailand and Myanmar to include silverwork from Chiang Mai and gemstones from the Mogok Valley.
