Hallmarking
EU law requires precious-metal articles to carry an official hallmark. Waarborg Holland, the statutory Dutch assay office, performs the assay. We manage the steps around it: submission, delivery, turnaround and certificate handling.
Customs and EORI
Every cross-border shipment requires an importer of record, correct HS or TARIC classification and a complete customs file. We act as importer of record and manage EORI and the declaration on every shipment.
Import VAT
We handle import VAT under the Dutch reverse-charge regime for importers of record. You deliver FCA, and we take it from there.
Conflict Minerals
EU trade in gold requires conflict-minerals due diligence under the OECD guidance. We carry that documentation for every gram of gold that enters our network.
Data Standards
European retailers and B2C customers require structured product data: material composition, provenance, HS code, imagery and certification. Our Product Data Standard covers it all.
Distribution
Building an EU retail channel from Indonesia takes years. We are building that channel, and your products enter it once they have completed the compliance sequence.
A Curated Network
We work with a deliberately small number of production partners. That limitation is by design: it keeps quality consistent across the catalogue, supply reliable for our retail partners and the position of each production partner defensible. Admission is selective. We assess production capacity, quality standards, and export track record before onboarding. In return, you get structured European market access, a complete compliance and logistics infrastructure, and a stable B2B channel with verified EU retail partners, without building any of it yourself.
How Onboarding Works
01.
Application and screening
Submit your company profile, production capacity overview and portfolio samples. We assess these against our quality and compliance criteria, including screening against legal and regulatory restrictions such as sanctions and embargoed countries.
02.
Sample and specification approval
You send samples of the designs you want to offer, with their specifications. We check material, fineness, construction and finish against our quality standard and record the approved specification. This step covers samples and specifications, not trading stock.
03.
Partner agreement
Sign the partner agreement covering data rights, quality standards, IP permission and commercial terms, including the purchase prices at which we buy your items.
04.
Catalogue listing
Receive credentials for the Production Partner Portal and enter your approved designs through the guided data-entry workflow. An item is listed on the basis of its approved design and specification, so nothing has to be produced and shipped in before it can be offered.
05.
Order, payment and purchase order
A buyer orders from the catalogue and pays through the platform. Once that payment is settled, we place the purchase order with you, and production starts against a sold order.
06.
Quality control and hallmarking
The produced items enter our secured chain for physical quality control and official hallmarking by Waarborg Holland before delivery. Approved items are photographed according to our visual standard.
07.
Delivery and payment of your invoice
The order is delivered to the buyer. After correct delivery, we pay your purchase invoice.

EORI registration, HS and TARIC classification, commercial invoice and packing list, customs declaration, import VAT under the reverse-charge regime.
Quality Control
Physical inspection on arrival, material and purity verification, non-conformity reporting, QC status communication.
Hallmarking
Submission to and assay by Waarborg Holland, fineness mark, responsibility mark, hallmarking certificate.
Logistics
A specialised valuables carrier for all inbound B2B shipments, all-risk insurance cover, FCA (Incoterms 2020) throughout.
Distribution
B2B partner-portal access for EU retail partners, B2C online-shop listing, a structured product-data package for every channel.
